16.2.2. Seek further damages and recover financial losses by contacting you through the methods you provided during registration,
16.2.3. Close your account and forfeit any winnings derived from such activities.
16.3. Zero Tolerance for Advantage Play
16.3.1. We maintain a strict policy against advantage play. Players attempting to exploit casino promotions through practices such as using stolen cards, initiating chargebacks, creating multiple accounts for benefits, providing false registration information, or submitting forged documents, agree that the Company reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings from such activities.
17. Non Transferability
17.1. You are not permitted to assign, pledge, or transfer any claims related to these Terms and Conditions, the use of the Website, or your participation in the Games without the express consent of the Casino. This restriction is outlined under non-transferability clause ex article 83, paragraph 2 of book 3 of the Civil Code.
